New phone service
=================
For new phone service, please see the receptionist in Oden Institute main office, POB
4.102.

Phone Issues
============
Sysnet will be maintaing some of the VoIP handsets.  Business phone
issues are handled by ITS.  If you are uncertain whether the phone service is
Basic or Business, look up the class of service `here <https://wikis.utexas.edu/display/itsnt/Service+Lookup>`_ (requires EID login) or
contact the ITS Help Desk at 512-475-9400.
