Both pointwise and gridgen need to access the flex license server.

Linux/Mac
=========

For Linux and Mac installations, create a file ".flexlmrc" in your home
or working directory with the line::

    PWID_LICENSE_FILE=@lic.oden.utexas.edu

Windows
=======

In Control Panel, System,  Advanced, create the environment variable
PWID_LICENSE_FILE and set it to PWID_LICENSE_FILE=@lic.oden.utexas.edu
